When to reset?

A Wi-Fi reset is useful if you have changed your router or network password, or if you want to disconnect other phones from the device.

Wi-Fi Reset Instructions

  1. Press and hold the knob until a pairing code appears on the display.
  2. Hold the smoke generator button — dots (. . .) will appear on the display.
  3. When the dots disappear, release the button. The device will generate a new code.
  4. The previous network connection will be disconnected and forgotten.
  5. Pair the device again in the app using the new code (see: Pairing the app with the smoker).

Safety and Notes

  • The reset does not delete saved programs or history in the app — it only disconnects all phones from the smoker and removes the Wi-Fi connection.
  • Do not disconnect power during the reset.
  • If you use several phones, after the reset each one must add the device again.
